Navin ji,mero dual sim mob 6 bt i ve kept 1ly 1 sim.Previosly,i used to keep NTC n had conected gprs but now i have kept ncell.wen i want to connect gprs in ncell,it says u ve already connected gprs bt it doesn’t open..What can I do to erase the previos gprs settings of NTC so that i can connect to Ncell gprs..
Aditi, you didn’t mentioned your phone model. So, it is difficult to give precise answer as gprs setting differs among phones. However, here is one way that works with almost all phones. Find out restore factory setting or master reset option in your phone which is generally present in setting. Restoring factory setting will remove all gprs setting present in the phone. After that, get Ncell gprs setting for the phone.

hi navyanb ji, I have Verizon kyocera C6750 get from USA and I am ntc user but I couldn’t get from gprs setting from ntc via sms through also I didn’t see on my mobile manually apn setting (I mean there is no add option in apn setting). let me know, what should I do on that case. please share with me if you have ideas on this problem. thanks a lot…..

Dipak, be sure gprs is activated in sim and have got gprs setting. Otherwise it’s issue related to ntc network problem.
